Installation procedure of energy-saving air conditioner "Cool Jet System®"
(1)Current state analysis
We will analyze the current issues by understanding the temperature and airflow in the factory. For designing the system, the number of workers and types of operations are also important information as well as the size and purpose of the factory. According to the multiple opportunities of detailed hearing with our customers, we will understand the current issues and their concrete requests for environmental improvement.
(2)Trial in demonstration room
Our practical products are available for trial in the demonstration room of our company's Toyohashi Branch.
(3)Planning and design
After the analysis of issues and the hearing, we will propose a plan to solve the issues and will design the system according to the customer's requests. Airflow produced by induced draft SF fan changes considerably depending on its location. Based on our experiences of products installations to many factories, we will offer an effective design which will enable the production of equivalent airflow.
(4)Installation
After the final discussion based on the design, the installation of the system will be started. It will be possible to install in comparatively short-term during such as non-business days of the factory due to its duct-less design (* The installation period differs depending on the size and purpose of the factory). After the installation, we will check airflow and temperature and will adjust them.
(5)Verification and effect measurement
Through the careful data measurement at each point, we will measure the effect; the variation of airflow and temperature before and after the installation.
