What is "Cool Jet System ®"?

The Dairei Ltd.'s "Cool Jet System ®" is a next-generation air conditioning system that reduces the sensible temperature within the working area with the cool air production by "Cool Clean Fan" and the circulation of the cool airflow by "Induced Draft SF Fan". Through blowing cool and clean air into the hot working area due to the heat generation of the peripheral equipment and furnace, this system will contribute to the environmental improvement in the hot workplace such as the increase of work efficiency and countermeasure against heatstroke.

"Cool Clean Fan" that changes the exterior air into the cool and clean air by utilizing water vaporization

The existing air-conditioning installations such as air conditioner circulate the refrigerant (Freon) and through the circulation cool the whole air within the room. For the circulation of the refrigerant (Freon), there is a necessity of electricity to operate compressor. Therefore a large amount of electricity consumption and cost are necessary in order to cool especially the large space such as the heat treatment plant. "Cool Clean Fan", cooling device that utilizes the heat radiation from water vaporization, is a clean, energy-saving and low-cost cooling device that utilizes the heat radiation from water vaporization.
When the open air passes through the cooling element covered with water membrane, the air is deprived of heat by the heat radiation from water vaporization and the purified, clean and cool air will be produced.

"Induced Draft SF Fan" that produces the stable air circulation in a large space

Axial-flow blower "Induced Draft SF Fan" is an energy-saving, quiet-designed and small-sized fan. It is a duct-less design and induces the peripheral air of twenty times the quantity of the air from blow-off ports and produces a large airflow. Through the cool airflow production in the working space where it frequently becomes hot due to the heat generation of the devices, it will reduce about 5 degrees of the sensible temperature within the space and thus will improve the working environment with heat problems.

We, The Dairei Ltd., have jointly improved our products suitable for "Cool Jet System ®" and developed our original products with Kamakura Seisakusho CO.,LTD. and TANIYAMA CO.,LTD., based on our many years of achievements in the installation of air conditioners. We will analyze thoroughly according to the size and purpose of the plant and will design and install the most effective energy-saving air conditioner.

The outline of Cool Jet System® installation

By using The Dairei Ltd.’s energy-saving air conditioner "Cool Jet System®", we will effectively design and install the cooling device utilizing the heat radiation from water vaporization "Cool Clean Fan" and axial-flow blower "Induced Draft SF Fan" according to the purpose and size of the plant. Only with 1/10 cost of the existing electric air conditioner, it will keep the working area in the plant comfortable. Furthermore it can be installed in a short term due to its ductless design.
