What is Be ONE-M?
90% of electricity consumption of air conditioner and chiller is caused by the compressor operation. This system always monitors the compressor operation while measuring the electric current, controls the compressor for 4 to 5 minutes for once every 30 minutes at an optimum timing with no damage on the compressor and thus will realize energy saving without stopping the blower.
When it conducts 15% control on air conditioner, 0.2 to 0.5 degrees increase of the mean temperature will be measured, but the cool air will be flowed out again before the room gets hot. Therefore it will realize the energy-saving measure without any complaints from the facility users. Furthermore, since the energy-saving data (reduction in electricity consumption) can be output as an Excel file on the computer, “visualization of the energy saving” will be realized.

- 15% control: once every 30 minutes maintaining air blowing state for 4 minutes 30 seconds
- 20% control: twice every 30 minutes maintaining air blowing state for 3 minutes each time
- Installation to refrigerator and freezer
- *In case of freezer, it controls the electromagnetic valve for pump-down.

- 10% control: once every 30 minutes maintaining the defrosting state of cooling equipment for 3 minutes
- 15% control: once every 30 minutes maintaining the defrosting state of cooling equipment for 4 minutes 30 seconds

Applicable air-conditioning equipment of Be ONE-M
Concerning the types of air conditioners, multi air conditioner, invertor air conditioner, package air conditioner, chiller, and commercial refrigerator of electricity type are applicable. It is not applicable to gas-type air conditioner, absorption type refrigerator and turbo type.
Concerning the size, it is applicable to the compressor with the capacity of 3.75kw to 90kw.
